At Treehouse Toys, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
